What is most useful to send

Because nothing you do here reaches us, we cannot look up what went wrong — there are no logs of your session, no saved file to inspect, no error report waiting on a server. That is the trade the whole product makes, and it means a good bug report is worth much more here than on a site that can see what happened.

• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
• The tool, and the browser and device — behaviour varies more between platforms than anything else.
• For a QR code that will not scan: the type, and what scanned it. Scanner apps differ enormously.
• For a file that came out wrong: what it was and what you expected. Please do not attach anything confidential — we do not need the file itself to look into most problems.

What we cannot do

We cannot recover a note, a saved code or a printable page you have lost. All of it lives in your browser's own storage or inside a link, and there is no copy anywhere else — that is the point of it, and it is also the limit of it.

We cannot see, retrieve or delete anything you made here, because we never had it.
