Terms
Use it for whatever you like.
Plain terms for free tools: what you make is yours, we make no guarantees, and please do not use them to defraud or harm people.

What you make is yours
We claim no ownership of anything a tool here produces — a QR code, a compressed image, a merged PDF, an exported note — and place no restriction on its use: commercial, personal, printed, resold, at any scale. You do not need to credit us. QR code technology specifically is also patent-free, so there is nothing to license there either.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We make every effort to emit correct, standards-compliant output and test it against real devices, but scanner, viewer and codec behaviour varies across phones, apps and operating systems — a PDF that opens cleanly in one reader, or a QR code that scans on one phone, is not a guarantee it does everywhere.
Always test on the devices your audience will actually use before committing something to print or sending it on. We cannot accept liability for a code that fails to scan, a document that renders unexpectedly, a print run that has to be repeated, or a payment that does not reach you.
Acceptable use
Do not use these tools to:
- Impersonate a person, business or payment recipient.
- Direct people to malware, phishing pages or deceptive payment destinations.
- Place a QR code over another organisation's code — a real and growing form of payment fraud.
- Alter a document, image or note to misrepresent what it originally said or showed.
- Break the law in your jurisdiction.
Availability
This is a free service with no uptime commitment. It may be unavailable, and it may change or end.
That risk is smaller than it would be for a typical web app, because nothing here depends on our service staying online to keep working. A static QR code contains its own data; a PDF, image or note you have already exported is just a file on your device. If this site disappeared tomorrow, everything you have already made from it keeps working. Any future feature that does depend on a service of ours staying up — a dynamic QR code, say — will say so prominently, because that trade-off is real.
Payment codes
UPI and PayPal codes are links to those payment systems. We are not a payment processor, we never handle funds, and we have no visibility of any transaction. Verify your own payment codes with a small test payment before displaying them publicly.
